Terragen is an excellent rendering program capable fo producing very realistic images of landscapes (and other types of images). Apart from producing pretty pictures, it’s also a good way of keeping the brain active, and for me the challenge of solving problems is as enjoyable as seeing the finished results.
This site documents some of my experiments, both in finding ways to do things and also seeing how different components behave in Terragen. I’m making this material available so that others may learn from it, or that I might learn from them.
There are many ways of achieving the same results in Terragen. These are mine, but I’m open to suggestions for improvements
